Welcome to Our 21 Days
of Prayer & Fasting
We are excited to embark on this spiritual journey together and believe that God has something extraordinary in store for each of us. As we intentionally seek His presence over the next 21 days, our prayer is that your faith will be strengthened, your relationship with Christ will deepen, and your heart will become more attentive to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that prayer changes things. Prayer invites God's presence and power into every area of our lives. It aligns our hearts with His will, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that we are never alone. In a world filled with uncertainty, prayer anchors us in the hope and promises of Jesus Christ. During these 21 days, our theme Scripture is 2 Chronicles 20:1–12, where King Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah faced an overwhelming battle. Rather than relying on their own strength, they humbled themselves, sought the Lord through prayer and fasting, and declared these powerful words:
"We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on You."
(2 Chronicles 20:12)
Like Judah, we all face battles that seem beyond our ability to overcome. Yet this passage reminds us that our greatest victory begins when we turn our eyes toward God. Prayer should always be our first response, not our last resort.
Each day you will find a portion of Scripture, a devotional thought, reflection questions, and a guided prayer to help you draw closer to God. We encourage you to spend time reading God's Word before you pray. The Bible is one of the greatest gifts God has given us. It brings truth, wisdom, encouragement, and strength, helping us overcome fear, worry, and anxiety as we place our confidence in His promises. Our desire is that this guide will help you cultivate a deeper, more consistent prayer life. While prayer and fasting require intentionality and discipline, they are not merely religious exercises—they are invitations into a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father. Prayer is not something we have to do; it is a privilege we get to do because Jesus has made a way for us to come boldly before God's throne of grace.
As we journey together over these 21 days, may we seek God with expectant hearts, trust Him with unwavering faith, and watch Him work in our lives, our families, our church, and our community.
