The Strong Tower Leadership & Bible Training Institute is designed to help believers and others grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, leadership, and practical ministry skills. Whether you are preparing for a specific ministry assignment or simply want to become more effective in serving Christ, our courses provide practical, Bible-centered training for your next level of growth.

Through biblical instruction and practical ministry training, students are prepared to serve effectively within the local church and beyond—developing the knowledge, character, confidence, and skills needed for Christian service.

The Strong Tower Leadership & Bible Training Institute provides specialized ministry training for emerging Christian leaders, ministry workers, and growing believers. Our courses combine sound biblical teaching, leadership development, and practical ministry resources to help students fulfill their calling with excellence.
FALL 2026 - 7 WEEK COURSES
Classes begin Monday, October 12, 2026, and are available in-person or online
Courses will be offered on Mondays, Thursdays, or Saturdays
Monday & Thursday Classes: 7:00–8:30 PM
Saturday Classes: 2:00–3:30 PM
Tuition: $150 per course or $25 weekly
Course Length: 7 Weeks
COURSES
Belief Essentials
Build a stronger foundation for your faith. Explore the core beliefs and doctrines of the Christian faith and discover why they matter in everyday Christian living. This course is valuable for both new and seasoned believers who want to strengthen their walk with Christ, become more grounded in Scripture, and confidently communicate their faith while discipling others.
Bible Interpretation
Learn how to study and understand the Bible with greater confidence. Students will explore important principles for interpreting Scripture, including biblical context, historical setting, original audience, culture, supporting resources, and the intended meaning of the text. The goal is to equip believers to accurately understand and faithfully apply the Word of God.
Ministerial Development
Move from a desire to serve to being prepared to serve.
This practical course introduces essential practices and expectations for those serving in Christian ministry, both inside and outside the local church.
Training will include praying for others, delivering invocations, making altar appeals, moderating services and events, visiting the sick and shut-in, and understanding the fundamentals of officiating weddings and funerals.
Spiritual Leadership
Discover what it means to lead like Christ. This course explores Christ-centered leadership principles, including the essential qualities of an effective spiritual leader, influencing others, developing yourself and other leaders, understanding leadership responsibilities, and applying biblical principles to real-world ministry situations.
Public Speaking
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Develop practical communication skills for ministry, leadership, and public settings. Students will learn how to prepare a message or script, understand their audience, use proper posture and eye contact, improve delivery, and communicate effectively whether the goal is to inform, inspire, or persuade.
